Sarah and Grace,  Susan, Miami FL

The girls are flourishing and have completely taken over our hearts and home! To call the girls twins makes me chuckle...they do look alike tho Sarah is larger and we did have trouble at first differentiating them...but once you get to know them the differences are clear!  Sarah is the shyer, needs some time to get to know people but you look in those eyes and you see her soul.  She is so loving and gentle that she lets her smaller sister get away with murder!!  Gracie was so aptly named!  She is so funny and quick!  She is friendly to everyone that walks in and wants to be the center of attention at all times.  She blatantly goes and takes Sarah's toys away from her and Sarah just lets her.  If you are holding Sarah, or Sarah is in your lap, you can be sure that Gracie is not far behind!  They love to play games with each other...they love tug of war and what we call "frisks" where they zoom around the house or outside...always keeping each other in eye sight.  The love they have for each other is palpable...if one coughs or sneezes the other is by her side in a moment.  I have to keep reminding myself that they are dogs and not people because you can talk to them and they understand everything...so smart.  Their vocabulary is such that we have to spell a lot of the time or we get head snaps b/c they know something is happening. Our pet sitter is a real animal activist and she just adores these girls and has so much fun playing with them that she is reluctant to take payment!!  I guess this turned out longer than I thought...I could go on and on for they are our favorite subject...if you need more let me know. P.S. Gracie has no issue doing her business anywhere outside...Sarah is more particular and only wants to be on our property....doesn't want to leave her scent anywhere else.  Sarah travels quietly and serenely...Gracie has some motion sickness and doesn't care for going in the car and lets you know...they love getting groomed and pampered and the groomer says they watch out for each other at all times...what a bond!!  A true sister bond...just as I have with my sister. Bernie, Terri M. Plainwell MI

 Bernie's brown eyes and his smile made him irresistible as a puppy and still does! When we first considered a Havanese from Bob, he was very helpful, answering all our questions and had suggestions for housebreaking and other details. We were concerned that we were taking a 2 week camping trip within 3 weeks. He assured us that Bernie would be fine and he was right. He was a very adaptable puppy and now, although he likes his routine, he still loves an adventure! Thanks Bob!

Kashi

Dear Mr. Ross,  This is the daughter of Dr. Talbir. He had bought a Havanese last July. Kashi if you remember. Sorry it has been so long, I would just like to say thank you on behalf of all of us. we really enjoy Kashi and the wonderful service you gave us. Kashi brought so much joy into my family. I was the one in my family who persuaded them to buy a dog, and thanks to you the outcome is great. whenever my mom or dad comes home from work instead of hugging us, they always call Kashi's name and Kashi comes fifty miles and hour to us. She is very clever, cute and just a light in my family. My mom is on a trip and she always asks how is Kashi and whenver she talks to her over the phone Kashi licks it. Kashi is also clever by going to people that don't love her a lot and she captures their heart. For instance, my aunt has never touched a dog before and with Kashi's cuteness she has. Also with my Grandma. She doesn''t care for dogs but now, she takes naps with Kashi on our couch. It is the most adorable thing in the world. All in all I would just like to thank for helping me bring joy to my family, and thankfully it was a success. Since you brought Kashi you are a big part of our hearts because Kashi is a huge part of ours.. Once again thank you so very much.Jasleen





Macy

We wanted to send an update on Macy.  She has brought so much love and happiness to our family!  She is so sweet and friendly; everyone who meets her falls in love with her.  She is everything the kids were looking for in a dog.  They would always say they wanted a dog that would play a lot, but also likes to cuddle.  This describes her perfectly.  Macy was recently the valedictorian of her puppy class.  We are all so proud of her.  Thank you again for Macy, she is the perfect dog for our family!  I have attached a few recent photos.   Thanks Again,   The Ouellette Family



Henry

After searching for a havanese for about a year, my husband and I purchased a puppy from Bob Ross. His name is Henry and we absolutely adore him. He has such a beautiful disposition. People constantly comment on how well behaved he is. My 1 year old daughter adores him. They are inseparable. We also like the fact that he does not shed. We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful dog. We would not hesitate to recommend getting a puppy from Bob. The Kovonian Family



Peaches

Peaches has been a great addition to our family.  She is a really wonderful dog with an amazing personality.  Everyone she meets falls in love with her & of course, she loves everyone she meets.   Her color is still changing.  Originally her ears were all brown & her body completely white.  Her ears are more white than brown now and her body is taking on more of a brown cast - although it's still primarily white.  I'll send you another picture the next time I get one that shows her off well.

Emma and Jesse

We got your notice on the new arrivals and remembered we hadn't sent you any pictures of our Emma (the pup you named Princess). You were right on about her being a great companion. She's just the best, loving little bundle of joy. She wins hearts everywhere we go. Everybody loves her. We have a friend who was completely afraid of dogs, from a bad childhood experience. Emma cuddled up on her lap and broke all her fears. Our friend fell in love with her. We have attached some recent pictures of Emma. Keep up the good work. Your new arrivals look great too. Max

I sent you three separate pictures.  They are of Max at one year.  He honestly is the best little dog.  Everyone wants him that takes care of him, the groomer, dog sitter, cleaning gal.  We have never had a little dog before but everything they say about the Havanese Breed is so true.  He is so loveable, minds well, isn't destructive, doesn't bark a lot. He is just the best.  It took us a bit to get him housebroken but the vet says this is true of small dogs.  No accidents any more. Thank you for such a wonderful dog.  We love him so much.  Marylyn
